Music Publisher launches new Artist Management Agency
The prestigious classical music publishing house Edition Peters announces the creation of Edition
Peters Artist Management (EPAM). This new division of the company will be based in the London
office of the Edition Peters Group and is headed up by Robin Tyson, a former King’s Singer and
Head of Artistic Planning at Gabrieli Consort & Players.
Artists already signed to EPAM include ground-breaking revolutionary organist Cameron Carpen-
ter, the Grammy Award nominated choir Tenebrae, consummate vocal entertainers Cantabile –
The London Quartet, early music ensemble Gallicantus and the English soprano Grace Davidson.
Nicholas Riddle, CEO of Edition Peters Group, said:
“The Board of Edition Peters Group views the formation of EPAM as a key part of the future strat-
egy of the international development of Edition Peters. In our role as publishers we are well-placed
to deliver an effective and new form of artist management, which I’m sure the classical music mar-
ket will welcome with great interest.”
Robin Tyson, EPAM Manager commented:
“This is a bold but logical development for Edition Peters and I look forward to working with CEO
Nicholas Riddle, Peters UK Managing Director Linda Hawken, as well as the talented musicians
themselves. In an age of austerity links between the different disciplines of performing, publishing
and recording are more vital than ever, and EPAM will be pursuing this trinity with vigour.”
